Updater - new workitem:14822 (Run script on destination database); added a confirmation dialog to prevent unexpected schema loss

DataCompareForm - workitem:14519 (Feature Request: compare differences for existing data); did not test this and punting to SqlDataAdapter to update the table may cause a dependency that can't stay forever (eg. can it run without a direct sql db connection?) but the functionality is very heavily requested.
