Strange SqlServer Network activity after running comparison

description

Not sure what this means but; just installed the program and straight after runnning a comparison script, SQL Server tried to connect to two ip addresses at the University of Queensland on port 80.
I've never seen Sql do anything like that before.
I've attached the firewall log.
What could have caused this behaviour?

If you are able to reproduce this problem consistenly when re-running OpenDBDiff on the database, please let me know. I am not aware of any network connection used in the app apart from connecting to SQL Server.

Yeh, I thought it was just a one-off weirdness, but it happened again after a reboot. I can also trigger it by stopping and starting the SqlServer service. I hit compare and it shows the progress bars for the two DBs. The top progress bar never fills, the bottom bar fills about a quarter of the way and then says "Reading XML Schema" and then sqlserver.exe tries to access those IPs. I've attached a screenshot.

Anything else I could do to investigate this one?

I looked into this one a bit more and I think DbDiff was triggering a check for an update to the Certificate Revocation List (which is apparently CDNed at the university).
