Can you tidy your code up a bit?

Guys, this code is quite all-over-the-place, and I can't even get into PrincipalForm designer in VS2010 because something about the way the code is written crashes the compiler giving just a form error screen

If you could fix up all the warnings as well as the errors, it'd be great..

The designer for the PrincipalForm requires Ascend be setup correctly (GAC'd). See this discussion for additional comments.

Here is an attempt to clean things up by removing dependencies, etc. but I ran into licensing issues with the project in general (switching from GPLv2 to v3) and the control used to show differences (not GPL compatible):
