Thanks for checking things out, and also taking the time to setup an account here at CodePlex.

Did you adjust any of the settings to skip processing of any of the types of database objects? That functionality isn't really implemented robustly and tends to lead to null reference exceptions like this.

Looking at the code it may be related to an unusual or unsupported type of index, but that's even more speculative than my last suggestion!
